Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tipsy Elves gear, but if you aren't 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
